We may ask you to complete surveys for research purposes from time to time, although you do not have to respond to them.
3 What do we do with this personal information?
We operate an automatic opt-in policy, which means that when you request information from us or make an enquiry , we add you to our database.
Where you have shown interest in our technology solutions your details may also be shared with our technology partners, as required to support the process.

Information about our clients is an important part of our business and we do not sell it to others. MDM shares member information only as described below.
Our Technology Partners: If you have joined us via a lead provided by our technology partners whether from a sponsored advertising campaign, a website registration, a trade show, or any other lead, you consent to us sharing your information with the relevant Company. Your information will also be shared for lead registration purposes as required.
Third Party Service Providers: We may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include sending postal mail and email, removing repetitive information from client lists, analysing data, and providing marketing assistance. Third party service providers have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. Further, they must process the personal information in accordance with this privacy policy and as permitted by South African data protection legislation, and destroy the information provided once they are complete
