The environment

The customer, services and billing data was largely sourced from the Venus municipal billing platform.

The solution:

MDM delivered a dfocussed data quality assessment that allowed the municipality to identify and remediate data discrepencies across its customer, account, billing, properties and services data.

As a result the municiaplity were able to cut their outstanding debt by nearly 50%, gained insight into business process failing impacting key service delivery and revenue collection, and address many of the audit findings.
