The environment:

Multiple client data sources, across multiple geographies, including: a COBOL mainframe application, MS Dynamics CRM, and various custom built trading and customer management platforms.

Microsoft SSIS was the preferred data integration solution.

The solution:

Master Data Management CC implemented a solution to verify, standardise and consolidate existing client data across the major client systems, leveraging Microsoft SSIS for extract and load, and the Trillium Software System for advanced data matching, exception management and data consolidation (the "single view").
