auditMaster Data Management will provide this Audit on the unstructured data (Unix and Windows File Shares, NetApps, MS Exchange or Sharepoint) for approximately 1,000 users across the enterprise.

Using the Varonis Data Governance suite we will provide complete visibility into the state of the unstructured data and actionable information that can help reduce risk and improve operational efficiency on this data set. 

Deliverables

  1. Complete visibility into the permissions across the NetApp, Windows Shares, Exchange and Share Point
  2. Statistics of access and complete audit events on the NetApp, Windows Shares, Echange and SharePoint (non-intrusively)
  3. Discovery of sensitive files on the NetApp, Windows Shares, and SharePoint (files with personal data such as Social Security numbers, who has access to them, who has touched them, etc.)
  4. The following reports:

  • Available shares and the security rights set on those shares

  • Global Group Access across the enterprise (everywhere “Domain Users” or “Everyone” has access)

  • Inactive Folders by size (data that isn’t being used that could be archived or deleted to save space)

  • Unused Security Groups

  • Inactive Users (accounts that aren’t being used)

  • Individuals who have access who aren't in a group

  • ACL’s with Unresolved SIDS

  • Permissions with Disabled Users

  • Empty Security Groups

  • Looped Nested Groups

  • Groups with Disabled Users

  • Disabled Users

  • Any other reports in the Varonis library that you wish to run against the data set
